NTSX is a powerful Client:Server number translation protocol based on XML designed to offer a complete call routing and logging service to volume users.

Call destinations can be configured and adjusted in real time via a simple web-based front end either individually or in groups. Hunt groups, polling, and call recording are all supported. Additionally, detailed call records can be retrieved within seconds of call termination.

Call queuing and call recording are fully supported and all information is transferred over a secure HTTPS or HTTP connection.
